In India’s competitive hiring market, Vardaan saw a pattern again and again. Candidates prepare sincerely and still underperform in the real interview. Before MockitX, Vardaan lived that gap himself. After graduation he faced competitive exams that did not clear, side projects that taught persistence, and a corporate job search that included roughly two hundred applications and multiple rejections before his first role. The lesson stayed with him: knowing an answer and delivering it under a live HR or Technical interviewer are different skills.
